Payment Methods:
Cash, Bank Draft, Cashiers Check, MasterCard, Visa, and
American Express. COD on most parts orders is acceptable,
but the COD fees raise your cost.
Prices:
We know our products are expensive and wish it was not
the case, but it is because they are expensive to manufacture.
Built in the United States to be very rugged and from
the finest quality materials, they last for years and
years in even very difficult situations. We wish they
could be made for less, but that would require us to
compromise quality and we are not willing to make them
cheaper.
Price Lists:
Our published prices are our selling prices. We do not
have different Price Lists for retail customers, dealers,
wholesalers, distributors, export customers, etc. We
sell at the same price to everyone. This way you are
always quoted our lowest price. If you wish to resell
our products these are still our prices to you. We do
not offer sales commissions on sales.
Price Column
Pricing: You can accumulate all previous purchases
to determine the current price column. In other words,
if you have already ordered 9 Aqua-Cycles from us and
now need one more, your 10th unit would be priced at
the 10-19 column pricing.
Payment Terms:
We require payment with your order. We manufacture all
units upon receipt of your payment in full.
Exceptions:
If you have a unique situation which requires individual
attention please let us know and we will do our best
to comply and adjust.
Pro Forma Invoice:
If you need a Pro Forma invoice prior to making payment
or to present to your accounting department or lender
please let us know. We are glad to supply a Pro Forma
which is good for 30 days.
Delivery Time:
Normally allow two weeks for us to manufacture your
units and one week for delivery by truck. Depending
upon the time of year and holidays, this time can vary.
We will do everything possible to get your order out
quickly and sooner than expected, but we cannot control
others such as the truck lines and our suppliers.
